TRUFFLES
Where the center of a chocolate confection can be made of marshmallow, syrup, nut paste, peanut butter, and a variety of other ingredients, the center of a truffle is chocolate all the way throughout. At Lee’s Candies, we start by melting our high-quality chocolate. We then add cream, butter, and a variety of other flavors. Truffles can be rolled in cocoa powder or chopped nuts, or they can be enrobed in chocolate. Lemon white chocolate (lemon white chocolate center dipped in milk chocolate), milk chocolate mint, milk chocolate, dark chocolate, dark chocolate raspberry, and dark chocolate orange.
