Warranty / Returns Policy
Because candy is a perishable food, Lee’s Candies is unable to accept returns or replacements on items once they have left the store. An online order may be canceled, refunded, or changed if it has not yet shipped out. If you receive damaged products or an incorrect order, Lee’s Candies will gladly replace the item(s) or offer a full refund. If the wrong items where ordered or there is another issue beyond quality after the order ships it will be the buyers responsibility to return the box unopened and refunds can be discussed on a case by case basis. Our warranty window is 5 days from the date the order was received. Please allow 5-7 business days for refunds to process. Shipping Policy
Lee’s Candies offers FREE ground shipping on orders over $99. When sending orders to multiple addresses, each shipment must meet the $99 minimum to qualify for free shipping. Orders received online or by phone are typically shipped out in one business day, but could take up to 3 business days during the holiday season. For orders $99 and under, Lee’s Candies typically ships USPS Priority Shipping. In the case of an address that is a PO box, Lee’s Candies may ship through UPS. Cost of shipping and time of arrival depend on the weight of the item(s) being shipped and the physical address the items are being shipped to. If the temperature of our city OR the city or town we are shipping to is at or above 70 degrees, heat-sensitive items will be insulated, packed in ice, and sent USPS Priority. During warm weather days, any order placed Thursday-Sunday will not be shipped out until the following Monday. While Lee’s Candies is happy to ship in warm weather, and takes every precaution to ensure quality is maintained, Lee’s Candies cannot offer a guarantee on heat sensitive items once the temperature is 70 degrees or higher.
