Peanut Brittle

One pound of our tender extra thin peanut brittle hand-made locally here in Boise. Slowly and gradually churned to ensure the perfect mixture of flavor and crunch, the production of our brittle is a difficult process to say the least. Every batch is stretched by hand while cooling to reach the glassy fragile texture that makes it competition for our pecan rolls as a favorite on birthdays and holidays. While it may challenging and honestly quite dangerous to get from a molten hot caramelized soup of peanuts and sugar to the final product, one bite shows why all the effort is worth it.
