Pecan roll

Starting with a long strip of brown sugar based penuche similar to our pecan butternut, it's then dipped in the soft caramel we use for favorites like the sea salt caramels. We then roll the still warm caramel log in pecan pieces to close in the gooey center and add the final touches to taste and texture. Although one of the few goodies we make without any chocolate, it's certainly one of the most unique flavors made here.
